Jonatha Brooke at Emelin Theatre

In 2014 Ms. Brooke debuted her one woman musical, My Mother Has Four Noses, at the Duke Theater on 42nd Street, in NYC. The show ran for 3 months, to rave reviews, and was a critics pick in The New York Times. She recently finished a month-long run of My Mother has 4 Noses at the Jungle Theater in Minneapolis. Jonatha is also currently touring nationally and internationally, teaching songwriting workshops along the way, and working on two new musical projects - Quadroon, with the late legendary jazz pianist/composer Joe Sample; and Switched with playwright Geoffrey Nauffts.Jonatha Brooke has been writing songs, making records and touring since the early 90's. has co-written songs with Katy Perry and The Courtyard Hounds. She's also written for four Disney films, numerous television shows, and she composed and performed the theme song for Joss Whedon's Dollhouse. She returns to the Emelin to perform songs from her triumphant new release, Imposter, among other favorites.
