Main auditions will consist of:
- 16 measures of an upbeat song (sheet music required)
- learning a dance routine, so dress comfortably
- cold readings
- you may be asked to sing something in a duet or trio
Anyone auditioning for the Cat or Jojo should be prepared to do 15-30 seconds of a self-prepared solo dance, acrobatic, or physically comedic routine. Either role may be played by a male or female, although Jojo will have to be portrayed as a boy in the show. You may use recorded music for this, and the routine should look rehearsed.
