Synopsis
MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET a musical inspired by the famed recording session that brought together rock 'n' roll icons Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins for the first and only time.
This musical brings that legendary night to life, featuring a score of rock hits including "Blue Suede Shoes," "Fever," "That's All Right," "Sixteen Tons," "Great Balls of Fire," "Walk the Line," "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On," "Who Do You Love?," "Matchbox," "Folsom Prison Blues," "Hound Dog" and more.
Descriptions-Seeking only the following roles:
1. Johnny Cash — M, 20s. Can sing in a style similar to Johnny Cash, great guitar skills. Range, D3 to G#5.
2. Jerry Lee Lewis — M, 20s. Can sing in a style similar to Jerry Lee Lewis, great piano playing skills. Range, D4 to D6.
3. Elvis Presley — M, 20s. Can sing in a style similar to Elvis Presley, good guitar skills. Range, A3 to C6.
4. Brother Jay — M, 20s. Great bass player.
5. Fluke — M, 20s. Great drummer
Please prepare 32 bars of a song in the style of the show. Please bring a headshot, and a resume along with your own instrument/s that you will play for the role which you are auditioning for (A piano will be in the studio).
