Rae Tattenbaum Presents Workshop on Peak Performance Techniques, 10/24

Rae Tattenbaum of Inner Act will present a Peak Performance Techniques workshop on Saturday, October 24, 2009, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Roberts Theater at the Handel Performing Arts Center. This workshop, sponsored the Hartt Community Division, is beneficial for teachers, parents, and adults of all ages who work with performing arts students.

At this workshop, teachers and parents will learn the techniques used to help children have the best possible performance experiences as they share their talents. Most adults can remember a time when encountering "stage fright" and know how paralyzing and traumatic these feelings can be. Peak performance techniques are valuable tools that can to help prepare children, students, and themselves to stay balanced and have positive performance and life experiences.

Rae Tattenbaum is a Peak Performance Coach in West Hartford, CT. She is the first in her field to develop a comprehensive and integrated approach, which has been proven to enhance performance in business, academics, athletics, and the performing arts, as well as increased mental balance, productivity, and wellness for those with learning, attention, and physical disabilities. Ms. Tattenbaum has been a recipient of the Nortel's President's Award for Excellence and has been featured nationally on WNPR's "The Infinite Mind". Among her clients are business professionals, elite athletes (including 2006 Winter Olympics competitors), and Broadway and Metropolitan Opera performers. Rae currently is the chairperson of the AAPB Optimal Functioning Section.
